Cell Imaging and Cytometry core at Turku BioScinece has purchased Hyperion Imaging mass cytometry system.

Combining the advantages of Helios mass cytometer with imaging helps to characterize tissue microenvironment and gives new insights into cell heterogeneity. The system provides high dimensional data with spatial information from tissue, opening up new possibilities for biomarker discovery, drug response monitoring, immune profiling and oncology.

Related to operator training of the system we will arrange two public webinars.
